We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time ServiceNow Lead to join our IT team in Langley, BC. As a ServiceNow Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the end-to-end process from requirements gathering and solution design to go-live to ensure business objectives are met and that maximum value of the ServiceNow platform is achieved.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in ServiceNow implementation including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules; custom applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- 3 or more years of experience working with JavaScript, XML, HTML.
- Strong knowledge of agile & waterfall methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications is an asset.
- Experienced in integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Integration Hub is an asset.
- ITIL Foundations Certification V3 or V4 is an asset.
