ServiceNow Low Code No Code Platform Senior Manager

Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Low Code No Code Platform Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of low-code and no-code solutions within the Repeatable Offerings business practice, focusing on ServiceNow and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have Service Delivery experience in the federal space, a strong background in low-code/no-code platforms, and demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS and 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams and projects in low-code/no-code development or automation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (not expert level but proficient in key functionalities).
• Strong service delivery background with experience leading federal projects.
• Experience managing teams of developers, analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and workflow automation using APIs and connectors.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in a low-code environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive cloud strategy and execution.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities with experience mentoring and transforming engineering teams.
• Effective stakeholder communication and engagement skills, including the ability to present cloud strategies to senior leadership.
