We are looking for a ServiceNow Manager - Global Service Management to lead the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and deliver new functionality across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have experience leading highly motivated engineers, a strong understanding of software architecture, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of total experience, with 5+ years of experience leading a team
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools
- Applied knowledge of ITIL v3 or ITIL v4
- Experience/interest related to Pharma industry
- Proven track record in capacity management and project estimation
- Strong background having breadth of experience and technical knowledge
