The ServiceNow MID Server Administrator will provide technical expertise on running and operating MID servers with ServiceNow, develop technical solutions, and work with a team to develop the ServiceNow environment. The role requires a fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITIL, and CMDB, as well as experience with ServiceNow development skills, relational databases, and Windows server.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ Years of relevant experience
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Intermediate level of ServiceNow development skills required
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
- JavaScript/AngularJS development experience
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs
- Experience operating and running MID servers in a ServiceNow environment
- Experience with Windows server and REHL
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance
- At least one of the following certifications: Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar)
