We are currently seeking a ServiceNow OCM Specialist to join our team. As a ServiceNow OCM Specialist, you will define and streamline change strategy, planning, and execution by managing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and other change interventions. This is a full-time on-site position based in Houston, TX.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of OCM experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis, with a focus on IT service management systems, preferably including experience with ServiceNow
- Relevant PROSCI certifications in OCM
- ITIL v3 certification
