Homecare Homebase is hiring a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the Platform Support Team, ensure platform alignment to business strategy, and provide technical solutions for business problems. The ideal candidate has strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy, and advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill.
Requirements
- Enterprise Security and Architecture
- Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
- ServiceNow Advanced System Administration
- ServiceNow Application Development
- Scripting – JavaScript – Web Services – HTML – CSS – TSQL – AngularJS
- Performance Analytics and dashboarding
- Scoped Application development and Workspaces
- Integrations via REST, JDBC, GraphQL using Integration Hub and flow designer
- Strong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely
- Experience with modern ServiceNow features (Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Mobile Development, UI Builder, AWA, etc.)
