The Architect documents the platform, analyzes impacts of new requirements, and provides controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are leveraged in the delivery of business solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years overall experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect
- Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
- Requirements-gathering experience
- Strong ability to align and document business process and requirements with a technical implementation
- Experience with middleware and discovery technologies
