We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform & Integrations Engineer to join our ServiceNow Platform team in Intelligent Operations, GTO-TOP, and Corporate Function-IT. The role involves leading the technology in the organization, providing technical guidance to internal customers, and ensuring the platform runs efficiently and reliably.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Proficiency: Expertise in using ServiceNow modules and tools
- IT Operations: ITIL Basic or Intermediate (ITIL Certification will be a plus)
- Vendor Management: Ability to work well in an outsourced environment with a competent technical team to bring transformations and key projects to life
- Technical mastery: Must have a technical background, preferably in cloud/platform solutions and integrations, with a proven ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and a desire to try technology hands-on
- Data Management: Knowledge of data governance, quality assessment, and analytics
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels of the organization. Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile frameworks and practices
- Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions quickly and efficiently
- Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the area of workflow management products
