The Principal Technical Consultant provides guidance to customers on ServiceNow processes and develops solutions for their ServiceNow environment, supporting engagement efforts and advising customers on business process improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
- 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required
- ServiceNow Application Developer Certification required
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in four or more applications required
