Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred
- Previous experience supporting or leading ServiceNow implementation and/or administration in a previous role is required
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Graduate degree preferred
- Experience with requirements writing; translating business needs into technical requirements
- Experience working in an agile environment and aligned tools
