ServiceNow Project Manager opportunity for a motivated Project Manager with a demonstrated record of leading ServiceNow initiatives and successfully building client relationships and contributing to account growth and health. Responsibilities include leading project activities, managing risk and customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related technical discipline.
- 10 plus years of Project management experience
- Experience with Metrics and Reporting, Service Now background, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, ITIL.
- Must have experience of at least one large scale ServiceNow implementation from start to finish
- Must have PMP Certification and ServiceNow experience.
