We are Workday's Service Management Team and we are looking for a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications & processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow testing
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and third-party test automation tools
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Custom Apps & Service Portal
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST API testing, and database queries
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
