ServiceNow Release Manager

At Kyndryl, we are looking for a ServiceNow Release Manager to design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. The role involves analyzing problems and tech issues, offering solutions, and testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Release Management Tools
• Release Management Tools Like JIRA, ServiceNow
• Software Development Lifecycle
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies
• Change Management
• Knowledge of change management principles and practices
• Configuration Management Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices
• Quality Assurance Understanding of QA processes and how they integrate with release management
• Automation: Experience with automation tools and techniques to streamline release processes (Digital.AI.)
• IT Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
