ServiceNow Release Manager

At Kyndryl, we are looking for a ServiceNow Release Manager to join our team. The role involves contributing to current projects, analyzing problems, offering solutions, and testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems. You will also be involved in long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Release Management Tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies
• Knowledge of change management principles and practices
• Configuration Management Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices
• Quality Assurance Understanding of QA processes and how they integrate with release management
• Automation: Experience with automation tools and techniques to streamline release processes (Digital.AI.)
• IT Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple releases simultaneously
• Strong verbal skills to effectively convey release plans, status updates, and issues to stakeholders
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues that arise during the release process
• Capability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Certification in ITIL or similar frameworks
