As a ServiceNow Release Manager at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for analyzing problems and tech issues, offering solutions, and testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems. You will work on long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution, and be involved in early project planning to offer solutions and identify technical and timeline risks.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Release Management Tools
- Release Management Tools Like JIRA, ServiceNow. Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies. Change Management
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Configuration Management Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
- Quality Assurance Understanding of QA processes and how they integrate with release management.
- Automation: Experience with automation tools and techniques to streamline release processes (Digital.AI.)
- IT Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
