As a ServiceNow Release Manager, you'll be responsible for analyzing problems and tech issues, offering solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems. You'll work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs on project-based roles.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Release Management Tools
  • Release Management Tools Like JIRA, ServiceNow. Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies. Change Management
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Configuration Management Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
  • Quality Assurance Understanding of QA processes and how they integrate with release management.
  • Automation: Experience with automation tools and techniques to streamline release processes (Digital.AI.)
  • IT Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple releases simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal skills to effectively convey release plans, status updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues that arise during the release process.
  • Capability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment
