U.S. Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Request Catalog Operations professional to support the ServiceNow Catalog Operations Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Catalog Product, Architecture, and Development Teams to enhance the Catalog experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of relevant work experience in business and risk analysis, IT Service Management, production support, product/project management, or application development
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and department policies, procedures, products and support systems
- Proven commitment to high quality customer service
- Ability to work well with external and internal customers
- Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow, process improvement, technical skills, communication skills, self-starter, innovative, time management, collaboration, problem solver
