We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Scrum Master to facilitate and guide our Agile teams in delivering value on the ServiceNow platform. The Scrum Master will ensure the team follows Scrum principles and practices, removing impediments, and encouraging a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Overall 6+ yrs of IT industry experience
- Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSPO, CSP-SM)
- Work experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other scaling frameworks
- ITIL certification or understanding of ITIL processes
- Work experience with ServiceNow implementation projects
