As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you will lead projects with a focus on digital transformation and IT service management to ensure that solutions are tailored to our customers' needs. You will consult and implement ServiceNow solutions in complex IT landscapes, analyze business processes, and take responsibility for the conception, development, and quality assurance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree
- Agile mindset and teamwork
- At least 2 years of experience in 'High Code' software development with any programming language
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing and consulting ServiceNow solutions
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules, further modules such as HRSD or CSM are advantageous
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or comparable
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Fluent German and English skills
