Analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions, configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform. Troubleshoot system performance issues. Good understanding of ServiceNow Platform, Javascript, Client Scripts, Business Rules.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of ServiceNow Implementation Experience
- ServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrations
- Experience working in Agile methodology such as Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Expected development experience in ServiceNow is minimum of 6 years
