We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior DevOps Engineer to administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, configure and customize ServiceNow applications, and develop and implement workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role
- Advanced Expertise in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced Level of understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Advanced Scripting skills, highly proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Experience with AI Operations (Artificial Intelligence) and Event Mgmt.
- ServiceNow Administrator certification is a must
