As a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, configuration, and occasional customization of ServiceNow applications, with a primary focus on HR Service Delivery and related modules. You will deliver new functionality, support the entire development lifecycle, and help address product-related incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
- 6+ years of ServiceNow solution development, with 3+ years specifically focused on HR Service Delivery and related modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow.
- Strong experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus).
- Experience configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (e.g., Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Profile, HR Integrations).
- Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow HR with other HR systems.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
- Fluent English (both written and oral).
