ServiceNow Senior Quality Analyst

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects.

Requirements

• Ability to understand several testing techniques and their strengths and weakness
• Ability to use tools such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools
• Good understanding of software testing types, techniques, tools, processes, and methodologies
• Solid functional and non-functional end to end testing experience of ServiceNow platform
• Experienced in testing of ServiceNow based products
• Resource should have hands on working knowledge of using an already existing automation framework (ATF) to solve different testing delivery problem
• Technical expert responsible for specifying, planning, reporting, designing, reviewing in his/her technical areas (e.g. Service now /Automation areas)
• ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification
• CSTE (Certified Test Engineer) certification
• CSA certification
