ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect - CSM/FSM (India)

Join NewRocket, a global ServiceNow partner, as a Senior Solution Architect to lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services. Collaborate with a team to architect, design, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Support pre-sales efforts and lead technical workshops.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Experience with an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture
• Experience within product areas such as CSM, FSM, FSO, TNI on the ServiceNow Platform, preferably with experience with Order Management for Customer Service Management
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required, current or obtain within 6 months
• Certified Implementation Specialist (specific domain area) required, current or obtain within 6 months
• ServiceNow Pre-sales accreditations
• ServiceNow Micro-certs, nice to have!
