The ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant will participate in customer workshops, develop ServiceNow solutions, and train junior team members. The ideal candidate should have experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment for the ITSM module.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment for the ITSM module
- Scripting skills like Java Script, HTML and XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, Angular JS
- An understanding of service management concepts, principles, and delivery assurance procedures
- A high level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and preferably experience in building custom applications and integrations with other platforms
- Communications skills, both written and oral
- Ability to present solutions to customers, including senior management
- Highly focused on providing consistent customer service
