We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to advise, specify, govern, and implement ServiceNow solutions for customers. You will bring your knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform to help customers build a roadmap and translate it into technical designs to deliver business processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of strong experience in ServiceNow with a combination of technical development and customer-facing skills
- 7+ years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform for Technical Architects
- Strong expertise across the ServiceNow Platform, ITSM, and Custom Applications
- Good knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM
- Certifications across some of these areas
- Ability to communicate openly with technical colleagues and customer stakeholders
- Ability to present business process solutions to customers and guide them towards best practice implementations
Requirements Summary
5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong expertise in ITSM and Custom Applications, certifications in ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM
