Peraton is seeking a ServiceNow SME to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This individual will provide expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and web services.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
