ServiceNow Solution Architect

A highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM/BCM Architect to lead and contribute to the growth of our ServiceNow IRM/BCM practice. As a ServiceNow IRM/BCM Architect, you will play a vital role in helping our clients solve critical business challenges, enhance performance, and gain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience working in the ServiceNow platform
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
• 4+ years of experience in working in IRM domain, out of which minimum 2 years in the role of BCM Architect
• Expertise in BCM processes: Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Exercise Management, Crisis Management.
• Minimum 2 years Solution experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and Integrations
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, CSS, JSON
• Excellent knowledge of CSDM 4.0 and ServiceNow CMDB structure
