ServiceNow Solution Architect

The Solution Architect, ServiceNow is a functional and technical expert consulting is responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical solutions that align with business requirements and Solution Architect, Platform brings architectural guidance, business acumen in the industry (e.g., Employee Experience, Customer Service, Information Technology, etc.), along with deep product expertise, innovation, and knowledge capital based on industry’s best practices.

Requirements

• Overall, 12-15 years of experience and at least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Strategy
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.
• Implementation or management experience on various ServiceNow modules, including Customer & Contract Management, Complex Case Workflow, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Mobile Publishing, Platform Analytics (Advanced), and Automation Engine
