Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in management and/or project management
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations, including Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) deployments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to establish and maintain working relationships with peers and key stakeholders across the organization
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing innovative thinking to address challenges
- Expertise in standard project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, ITIL)
- Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams
