The ServiceNow Staff Engineer will focus on ServiceNow development, customization, and automation to help the business. They will ensure quality, accuracy, and usability of the CBA CMDB, provide design solutions, and review code. The role involves working with the business to understand product demand and managing CMDB and platform data requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow programming languages (JavaScript, Java) preferred
- Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs is important
- Strong knowledge on in ITIL principles and the ServiceNow platform
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable presenting complex, technical topics in an actionable manner to senior leadership
