ServiceNow STC/Architect - Independent Consultant/Freelance - EMEA

As a ServiceNow Independent Consultant for R5 Labs, you’ll be the point of contact for the Clients to implement, optimize, and expand ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring effective ServiceNow implementation from start to finish.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with hands-on experience across core modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and CSM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow workflows and automations.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in relevant ServiceNow modules are strongly preferred.
