Requirements
- Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and maintenance best practices
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting for workflow customizations and minor enhancements
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Client & Server APIs for integration support
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on proactive monitoring and problem resolution
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
