This role is a System Administrator position responsible for leading Variable Compensation through the ongoing system administration of ServiceNow. The role will also partner with other System Administrators to facilitate end of year sales quota setting process in Anaplan. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow and Anaplan, as well as a strong understanding of system implementation methodologies and Agile.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a System Administrator
- Experience working in Service Now or other ticketing systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology, Agile or similar
- Ability to work in both a team and individual contributor environment
- Unwavering professionalism and executive presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Innate problem-solving ability, ability to dig deep, persevere, overcome obstacles to solutions/analysis
- Ability to efficiently gather data, perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and succinctly communicate analyses in a language understood by business leaders across multiple disciplines within an organization
- Ability to self-prioritize responsibilities, possibly by end goal, result, and manage to completion
- Takes complete ownership in areas of key responsibilities and has a strong desire to be the subject matter expert of your domain
