We're looking for a ServiceNow System Integrator / Full Stack Developer to join our team and help shape the future of IT service management by connecting external systems with ServiceNow through modern, scalable APIs and middleware solutions.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Or Associate degree with 6+ years' relevant experience
- Or High school diploma/GED with 8+ years' relevant experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Experience supporting Tier 1–4 Service Desks
- Experience building, testing, and deploying solutions in classified environments and across security domains
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving Priority 1 and 2 issues under tight timelines
- Certifications Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Foundation or Intermediate, CompTIA Security+
