Sopra Steria is seeking a ServiceNow Team Lead to enhance our ServiceNow expertise and expand our presence in the BeNeLux ServiceNow Market. The position involves growing a team of specialised ServiceNow consultants, providing functional and technical guidance, and leading the transition from legacy ITSM platforms to ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM and CMDB
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS) with proven experience leading architecture and design in large scale programs
