ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team at Grant Thornton Ireland. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for developing the technical design, implementation, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, assess needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Expertise: Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, BCM, and custom applications.
• Platform Configuration & Development: Expertise in hands on ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and development using ServiceNow Studio.
• Integration Expertise: Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party systems integrations.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ADO, etc.) and how they integrate with ServiceNow solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow’s security model, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance standards.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find effective solutions.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
