ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Hands-On Support for DoD Initiatives

Cask is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their growing company. The consultant will work with analysts, architects, and engineers to deliver solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Previous experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or equivalent role
• Previous scripting/coding experience (JavaScript preferred)
• Active ServiceNow certifications a plus
• Experience with Agile software development and related concepts preferred
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
• Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent active listening skills
• Capable of dealing with and managing conflict
