Windward Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Trainer to demo and prepare marketing material for the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at DISA. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 - 8 years of professional experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and present management level briefings
- Potential and willingness to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology
- Previous experience creating and developing demonstration material, leading demonstrations, presenting in front of the customer, possessing strong technical and functional knowledge
- Experience with the ServiceNow application, agile development, and ITIL foundation or ITIL certified
