Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a ServiceNow UX Architect to design and develop intuitive user experiences on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves researching user needs, collaborating with product owners and developers, and driving improvements to the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX design, ServiceNow, and web development technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in designing custom portals and building intuitive User experiences.
- Experience in one of the following: UX Design on ServiceNow Portal and UI Builder framework, good understanding of web development technology like HTML/CSS and Angular JS.
- Experience with Configuring Agent Workspaces, Setting up and configuring Virtual Agent, and Teams/Office365 Integration is a plus.
- Experience with development on the ServiceNow platform is a significant advantage.
- Alternatively, very good experience with UI technologies like CSS/HTML (and frameworks like Bootstrap) and Angular JS and willingness to learn development on the ServiceNow platform.
