ServiceNow UX Architect

ServiceNow UX Architect is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days of in-office work. The job involves designing user experiences on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with product owners, and understanding user needs. The role requires 10+ years of experience and a technical degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Experience in designing custom portals and building intuitive User experiences
• Good experience with UX Design on ServiceNow Portal and UI Builder framework
• Good understanding of web development technology like HTML/CSS and Angular JS
• Experience both Employee Center and Legacy/Custom Service Portals, Native UI Development Experience
• Hands-on experience with pages, widgets, themes and the UI Builder framework
• Experience with Configuring Agent Workspaces, Setting up and configuring Virtual Agent, and Teams/Office365 Integration
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM areas and Helpdesk systems
• Development experience on the ServiceNow platform
