Requirements
- Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of related experience or a master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience
- Experience in designing custom portals and building intuitive User experiences
- Experience in one of the following: Good experience with UX Design on ServiceNow Portal and UI Builder framework, Good understanding of web development technology like HTML/CSS and Angular JS
- Hands-on experience with pages, widgets, themes and the UI Builder framework
- Experience with Configuring Agent Workspaces, Setting up and configuring Virtual Agent, and Teams/Office365 Integration
