As a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) developer and administrator, you'll support the management of low-code development platforms and create user-friendly solutions for clients. You'll work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with software design and development
  • Experience with ServiceNow VR development and administration
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB strategies
  • Experience with the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle, including scanning or discovery, prioritization and assignment, patch management, and exceptions
  • Experience with performance analytics, dashboarding, and data integration
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow core platform, tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development method
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Technology field and 5+ years of experience in a technology field, or 8+ years of experience in a technology field in lieu of a degree
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator Certification
