Vertical Relevance is looking for a ServiceNow Workflow Designer to join our team as a W2 consultant and work remotely. This person is responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems. The role requires strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills needed to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years focused on implementation of ServiceNow in a financial services environment.
  • Proven experience in client communication, and stakeholder requirements management.
  • Strong ServiceNow platform expertise; ServiceNow CSA and other certifications, accreditations, badges.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of consulting experience, with at least 3 years working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Proven experience in delivering successful ServiceNow implementations across multiple clients in the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and/or CSM/FSO/GRC.
  • Deep understanding and real-world experience configuring ServiceNow Workflows
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced, Certified, hands-on ServiceNow Workflow Designer responsible for designing, building, and optimizing workflows in ITSM and / or CSM modules on the ServiceNow platform in the Financial Services area.
  • Ability to effectively engage with client stakeholders to identify requirements, map requirements to ServiceNow capabilities / modules.
  • Identify and prioritize gaps, work with clients to define MVP requirements, configure, test and deliver configurations that meet / exceed client expectations on time and within schedule.
