The L1 System Engineer is responsible for providing first-level support and troubleshooting for IT systems and networks. The role involves responding to user inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1-6 years of experience in an IT support role
- Good knowledge of Windows10, 11 & Mac OS, SAP client and M365 suits software
- Basic knowledge of Windows server, Cisco switch, router and Access points
- Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow), Aternity, and MS Intune, Solarwinds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage Video conference and collaboration devices (MTR, Cisco, Logitech, MS surface HUB)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently (Laptop, Desktop, Printer, AV equipment)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Certifications such as Microsoft, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous but not mandatory
