As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high levels of support to end users, performing user acceptance testing, and building product knowledge across the leasing tech stack. You will also be expected to provide user/client service, support technology operational functions, and collaborate with other product specialists. This role involves working with engineering and product teams to resolve bugs and issues, and requiring availability on selected weekends for activities such as regression testing or post-production testing.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
- Basic knowledge in SQL for querying large datasets; or willingness to learn
- Willingness and ability to learn new or tangential technology products to supported product(s)
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Salesforce is preferred
- Certification as a product admin is preferred where applicable
