As a Product Specialist at JLL, you will be responsible for providing high levels of support to end users, performing user acceptance testing, and building product knowledge across the leasing tech stack. You will also provide exceptional user service, increase usage and adoption, and support technology operational functions. This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Requirements

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Basic knowledge in SQL for querying large datasets
- Willingness to learn new or tangential technology products
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
- Certification as a product admin is preferred
- Undergraduate degree in a business or technology related field
