As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, configure ServiceNow applications, integrate with external systems, and ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of ServiceNow-based solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in at least two of the following modules: ITOM, ITSM, CSM, SPM, MCO, WSD, & HRSD.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, Demand, Project, and CMDB.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on a Midshift or Night shift Schedule.
