Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, customize ServiceNow forms and workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, create technical documentation, perform system upgrades, troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide training and support, and stay current with ServiceNow features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident/Problem/Change Management, and CMDB.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development tools, such as Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and web services.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements Summary
2-4 years' experience in ServiceNow development, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role
