Software Asset Management Senior Analyst

Requirements

• BSC computer science degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a Software Asset Management position
• Strong understanding of SNOW/ServiceNow Configurations
• Experience writing scripts, building/running database queries, and developing reports and dashboards
• Experience with Cloud technologies and an excellent understanding of the software asset management process
• Exceptional understanding of IT software licensing principles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and identify areas for process improvement
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and utilize various Software Asset Management Tools
